Issue with cuff zip and with Sportsbikeshop

Jacket cuff venting zip almost impossible to open without using great force.
Disappointed that on my third Klim suit purchase from Sportsbikeshop that they have removed free returns policy from my postcode. This especially jarring when you consider the priced the suit.
Email support from Sportsbikeshop was unhelpful but when I finally reached a real person, he was incredibly helpful.
