Bought this helmet as don’t like wearing ear plugs, just rode a 5 day trip around Scotland and must say very impressed. Noise cancelling was great, can hear the bike and music so clearly, but hardly any wind noise brilliant

Quietest helmet I've ever used

There, I said it - I've never had a quieter helmet. On my bike and for my height the helmet still gets direct wind impact and yet it's still so quiet I could /almost/ use it without earplugs. Almost. I am certainly looking for some less dense ones as the cathedral-like silence is almost unnerving.
The headset functionality is normal Sena quality - connects easily and stays connected to my iPhone- and the audio is easily heard. I don't normally take phone calls so I can't comment on the effectiveness of the microphone noise rejection but with other helmets the caller often doesn't know I'm on a bike and I expect this will be the same.
The helmet itself has new helmet snugness but is very comfortable - for a full face anyway. I prefer flip up helmets but this is good. It's a Schuberth model so it was always going to be quiet and good quality, and the controls on this are easy to use with summer gloves. The vents and sunshade are also Easy to use.
The lights are a nice bonus - you won't want the front light unless you're looking for the ignition at night but the rear lights are cool and effective.
Vision from the helmet is decent and the only thing I'd improve is a quick clip rather than the usual double-D strap which is fitted. It's a small faff but a faff nonetheless.
All in all this helmet ticks all the boxes you'd expect and is also very quiet and well equipped with nicely integrated electronics.

ANC steps things up a level

Want sure what to expect but I decided to give it a go. The helmet is comfortable, seems well ventilated so far although it's been warm & dry so will wait to see if digging becomes an issue later in the year.
The ANC is very good, combined with good speakers for music, wind noise is noticeably less than any other helmet I've had. Obviously there is an air gap between ears & speakers so the ANC can never be as powerful as good headphones, but I don't expect hearing nothing would be too safe anyway.
I like ambient mode. Great to hear everything going on without having to take the helmet off. Very helpful for quick fuel stops.
Definitely recommend & using daily in place of my Quantic
