Always used RST boots and thought they was ok. but fell apart after 4months. So changed to these aplinestar boots, and wish i did sooner. extremely comfy and feel like there made alot better then RST.

I didn't want a really racy boot and these Alpinestars fit the bill perfectly. On the subject of fit I feel that they are true to size, although I went a size up so that I can wear a extra pair of socks for the cold months. Only worn them once so far but I am very pleased so far.

Good all round boot. Size is accurate to your normal shoe size. Only used them in the summer, but warm, but probably a good compromise if you're planning to use them all year round.

Straight out of the box they look amazing. You can feel and see the quality in these boots.
Very comfortable once on, I didn't have to go through that 'bedding in phase'. I use them for track days and they do the job perfectly, they get worn all day and take a lot of abuse and they still haven't aged.
Highly recommended, I'm a size 10 and 10 I ordered and they fit perfectly.

Alpinestars; great quality but bear in mind. I'm 6'2'' and a skinny build, and these shoes seem to be looser fit when compared to my older Alpine stars boots even though I kept sizing same.
We all know Astars are iffy about sizing, so try the boot as soon as it arrives, and if not, Sportsbikeshop deal with returns without any hassle.
Other than being loose around the calf, and in general, being spacious, they feel great on your feet. Have CE level 2 which is not mentioned.
I chose these over SMX-5s as these are newer European version, similar to SMX-6s.

Questions and Answers
Wear size 44eu for Alpinestars fastbacks WP. Should I go same size? I know they're iffy with sizes for each different style of shoe.
August 18, 2017They can vary slightly between styles, but unless you have very large calves a 44 EU should be fine for you.
