4.4
45 reviews
Our customers say…
The Schuberth C3 Pro Bluetooth Communication System is praised for its seamless integration, clear sound quality, and easy pairing, even at high speeds. Customers highlight that installation can be fiddly, with poor instructions making YouTube videos essential. The system's discreet design and unobtrusive microphone are appreciated, though many find the voice command sluggish and button combinations complicated. While battery life is adequate, some reports note occasional Bluetooth and radio issues. Overall, it's a well-regarded system with a few room for improvements.

Seamless Integration and Clear Communication: Schu
23 April 2024 by G H
I recently purchased the Schuberth E1/C3 SC10UA Bluetooth Communication System from Sportsbikeshop.co.uk, and I'm thoroughly impressed.
It seamlessly integrates into my Schuberth C3Pro helmet, providing crystal-clear sound for music, GPS, and calls, even at higher speeds. Communication with other riders using Cardo systems was flawless during a recent trip, although universal intercom pairing sacrifices multipoint connection functionality for other Bluetooth devices.

Pros:
Seamless integration
Clear sound quality
Long-range communication
Decent battery life

Cons:
Installation guide could be better, but online resources helped navigate the setup process.

Overall, it's highly recommended for riders prioritizing connectivity and safety on the road.

Schuberth Helmet Com
24 September 2023 by J F
The instructions were poor on how to install in the helmet, however after pulling back inner lining and removing the neck seal the install was quick. The performance is really good and paired quickly with a Senna system on another helmet. Good sound quality and certainly clear over several hundred meters. Worth the money!

SC10UA Intercom in a C3

Bought for a schuberth C3, I found it very easy to fit after watching the video, sound quality is good. Yet to test at higher speeds, but so far it seem good.

SC10UA Intercom does the job
22 August 2023 by Nicholas V
Decent intercom that fits easily into my C3Pro. Needed to google to locate the website for firmware upgrades and that helped. Good sound quality and solid control keys. Hard to remember all the combinations for different functions and haven't figured out anything much in the way of voice commands, guess it's a bit dated compared to newer Mesh intercoms. Or maybe I am.

Nicely integrated intercom
17 August 2023 by Lee
As many mention, fitting quite fiddly but when done properly, the neck sleeve fits back over the top of the battery pack and it's completely hidden. Just take care when re-fitting to not break the pins! This replaced an original Schuberth SRC system where the controls and battery were part of a replacement neck sleeve, having the controls within the cheek area takes some getting used to and I wouldn't want to do many setting adjustments in the rain. This system goes louder than the old SRC too which is a bonus. Make sure you fit the speakers as close to your ear canals as possible, in my case that meant modifying the depressions already present in the helmet to move them down and forwards slightly. Makes a big difference to the volume and snugness keeping more ambient noise out.

Excellent intercoms
02 August 2023 by Duncan C
Easy to install and operate once you become more familiar with controls, sound quality is very good, even at high speeds
Far better than other intercoms I have tried, that fasten onto the outside of helmet and cause excessive wind noise, and have a boom mic. waving about in front of your face. This is definitely a better option, integrated totally within the helmet.

Fits nicely & unobtrusive
07 July 2023 by Brian R
Fitting it was actually quite easy despite the lack of real instructions. The microphone & controls are nicely positioned. The only way you can tell the system is fitted is by looking at the base of the helmet at the rear. The call quality is very good, with music being clear. I comment on the intercom with passenger / other riders as I haven't used that yet. Overall very pleased with the system.

Good once fitted
27 June 2023 by Robert S
Integrates well with the C3, but fitting is fiddly with poor instructions. Fortunately there are videos on u tube showing hos to fit. Buttons are inside the visor, so adjusting volume, answering phone etc is interesting at speed. Vox does allow phone to be answered hands free, but requires a very loud shout. (Shouting 'Ted!' works for me)

Great Comms

This helmet comms fits very well and inconspicuously into a C3 Schuberth helmet. The microphone is very neat, not protruding out.

Bit of a fiddle but tidy.
02 May 2023 by Alex
Fitted to C3. This was a bit of a pain to fit and may still need a bit of adjustment. Once in it is very tidy in appearance. I like the discreet mic and the internal controls. Sound quality is good but the controls will take a bit of getting used to. I have noticed that since I have fitted it, the helmet is a bit tighter across my forehead. This may just be that I need to adjust it a bit. One of the pop fasteners inside the helmet lining won't clip back into place as it has the antenna and collar clip to pass through and it just won't reach. Easy to pair to an SM5 I bought for my son and they work well together. Got it in the sale so it was a good price too. Interestingly there was a built in wire and connector in the back of my helmet but it is not for use with this system.

Tidy integration

Easy installation and looks sleek.
Phone call quality is good.

Not had a chance to use intercom direct to another unit yet so can't comment on quality or range.

Brillant bit of kit at a good price

Had to go to you tube to find out exactly how to install as instructions were very basic, but once installed very happy. That pleased I told my mate, he bought one as well. Great price also.

SC10UA Bluetooth Kit
20 March 2023 by Richard R
Good sound quality and pretty easy to fit. Would say that voice commands are sluggish and menu operation is not at all intuitive. Fits neatly into the C3 Pro helmet and is totally unobtrusive. Worth it despite the drawbacks.

Wireless at last!
23 February 2023 by Chris M
After more than two decades with a five-pin Autocom set up, lack of spares finally drove me to change to Bluetooth. Fortunately, the SBS staff fitted the new tech and it was immediately good to go.

So far, it has proved to be excellent, although I have yet to test it on a long fast run (where the Autocom excelled). On the plus side, Bluetooth means no more wires and instant streaming from my phone. On the negative side, I now have to replace my very old but still functioning Zumo 400 and the Autocom in my wife's Shoei, and cannot listen to my equally ancient iPod Classic.

Good Bluetooth Communication
17 October 2022 by Stephen W
Used straight from box, linked easy to both phone and Sat Nav (the main reason I got it) works well with filtering ear plugs (Have my sat nav set to male voice). Radio also worked well. Have not yet tried linking to other devices
Only downside is accessing the control buttons requires visor to be open

Questions and Answers

Questions and Answers

  • Does the package include the remote control or it is sold separately?

    March 15, 2023

I'm afraid this does not include the remote control, but it can be purchased as an optional accessory.

  • Presuming the Schuberth E1/C3 SC10UA Bluetooth Communication System would pair with the SMH10, how do you initiate a conversation with a pillion? With the SMH10 you just start talking and the mike opens. Is it the same with the SC10UA?

    February 21, 2023

We can confirm that you can initiate an intercom conversation with the last connected intercom friend by voice. When you want to start the intercom, say a word such as Hello loudly or blow air into the microphone.

  • Hi do you need to have the handle bar remote or does it have voice control

    March 4, 2020

You can operate this system using the + and - buttons provided, but if you do want more control, the handlebar remote is the only alternative option; as this system does not have a voice control feature.

  • Id like to know, if the sena talks to other systems, i have E1 with the SRC system, at the moment, which is playing up. I cant get a replacement SRC system any longer and i talk to people that use Cardo kit. So, does the Sena talk to Cardo?

    February 25, 2020

I can confirm the Sena and Cardo intercoms do connect with each other, you should have no issues communicating with friend using a Cardo system.
