Weise Detroit Leather Jacket - Black

Ordered 40/42 to shop to save sending back for different size.. just as well.. I'm normally 40 inch could not even fasten the 40 and the 42 was a tight fit.. just as well they had a 44 inch in stock as it was a perfect fit allowing for lining.. best to go 2 sizes up.. or order various sizes to shop to try on as seem to be small sizes.. Excellent quality.. Very comfortable and pleased with the jacket. comes CE back/elbow and shoulder armour.. also a bonus as it was on sale at 30% off..

I m a 46 ordered the 48 really snug fit with the liner and t-shirt 6ft tall perfect in the arms when riding and length well made jacket bargain at the sale price really pleased along with the usual 1st class service from sports bike shop.

Very happy with the Detroit leather jacket. Appears good quality. Colour is a little different from advertised pictures. I have applied a wax to protect the leather. I had to get larger size I'm a 42 and got a 48. Fits great now and very comfortable A*****

This is a lovely, comfortable jacket right from new. I'm normally a 42,but went up to a 44 for a perfect fit.
The jacket is like a grey almost suede finish, so I gave mine a coating of beeswax hidefood to get it more like the advertised photo.
This one will get plenty of wear.

Good comfy jacket, which wont need much breaking in. Although classed as black, its distressed dark blue leather. Iam a 42" chest, but needed a size 48" chest to fit comfortably. The leather is reasonably thick, but soft, and comes with reasonable armour, in back, shoulders, elbows.Theres 4 outside pockets and 2 inside, good zips, and a removable thermal liner. Not used on the bike yet, as I got it for Xmas, and won't be riding in it till the Spring.

Superb jacket, fully protecrive. The armour is well fitted and unobtrusive, Extremely well made from soft learher. Very stylish, even when not riding. Buyers should be aware that it is more of a dark grey than black but that makes it even better, in my opinion

I originally ordered an RST jacket but being slim build and 6 foot 1" I found the arms way too short. Sportsbikeshop replacement was really easy to arrange. Excellent service. I am really happy with the Weise jacket as it fits so much better and looks good too. It is more of a weathered grey than the pictures with thick leather with quality fixings. Highly recommended.

Had to go a couple sizes bigger than the jacket I ordered but sportsbikeshop sorted the exchange quickly as ever.
Really like this jacket, aside from the retro looks, it comes with removable armour in the back, shoulders and elbow. There's also a removable thermal liner with pockets inside, but if you remove the liner there are pockets in the exact same place in the jacket itself. Small attachment zip too at the back.

Very pleased with the jacket, looks great,has a worn in look with nice soft leather. It's more of a grey colour rather than black as described. Body armour is unobtrusive and dos'nt affect its stylish look.
I usually find it difficult to get a jacket to fit me really well, I'm 14st, 6'1" tall and long in the back . This jacket fits perfect.
Hav'nt had a chance to ride in it yet, it arrived the week before I was heading off to ride the NC500 and the weather was forecast dodgy so didn't want to risk it as I know it's not waterproof.

Just had my first ride-out in my few jacket. Really comfy, leather is nice and soft and it looks great. As others have said, it's more blue/grey than black, but it still looks good. I've removed one star based on the armour pockets being slightly small so couldn't swap with my other jacket.

Great looking and comfortable jacket. Had to go up 1 size to my usual jackets for comfort. Looks more dark grey than the pictures on site suggest
