A Great Improvement.

There are many good things to say about the BMW R1300GS, but its stock footpegs sadly are a bit of a let down. Not only are they too high, but are about the size of a pack of polos.
These SW Motech replacements resolve both of these issues. They have two mounting holes for an optional 1cm drop, and look similar enough to the passenger ones not to seem out of place. Nice quality too. Usual quick and efficient service from Sportsbikeshop.

Fantastic foot pegs so much better than the old one's on my GS. Very well made and I like the way you can remove the rubber for off road use. They were easy to fit as well . The bracket could be smaller.

I found the lower seat on my BMW GSA 1250 meant my legs were not in the best position. Fitting these pegs gives the ability to lower pegs by 15mm which actually made a difference.
Even if you don't need the lower the peg they are still much more comfortable than the originals. Usual SW Motec quality and easy to fit.

This kit is very well engineered and is really easy to fit reasonably priced compared to other kits where you have to buy the rubber's separate my only criticism is the they are quite wide from the bike, the bracket could be narrower

Great Piece of Kit for comfortable riding

These were on back order but sportsbikeshop kept me informed on their progress. Fitting was a twenty minute job and these pegs make a great difference, with their rubber treads fitted its much more comfortable than the stock pegs whether riding or standing. Highly recommended

I have bought this kit for my 2016MY GS whose pegs worn a bit and tiny comparing SW Motech. This kit looks top quality and gives opportunity to adjust hight a couple of cm. Fitting is easy and instruction comes with it is more than enough. I have ridden few miles and feels better... Need to try for my continental trips... Bottom line it is recommended. Quality/Price is high... Delivery from Sportsbikeshop was really smooth...

The reasonably priced ION footrest kit from SW Motech allow the footrest to be mounted at its original height or lowered by 15mm. Extremely durable and built to last, these stainless-steel footrests provide plenty of extra grip and are recommended for adventure, off-road and urban motorcycles. Hinges made from high-strength aluminium alloy ensure that the footrest can fold out of the way if the bike tips over. The removable rubber top surface reduces vibration, and the profile gives you a firm grip during off-road riding. To mount the bike-specific hinge adapter to the footrest sockets, the original attachments (springs, bolts, etc.) are used.
