RST Tractech Evo 3 CE Short Boots - Black / Black

Excellent for touring bikers

in the past I’ve only used ordinary boots to ride in, however I felt it was time to try something purpose made and as RST is my go to brand at this point I went for a set of the tractech evo 3 boots. I chose them for price, styling and the full side zippers because they look easy to get on and off whilst still being very sturdy. I love the way they look and they do fit me nicely however (and probably unsurprisingly) they are stiff and they don’t have any real give in the soles. I’m sure they’ll loosen up over time but I will say if I brake down and have to walk a long way to get assistance I’m gonna have sore feet! Insoles may be needed but for now they’re what I expected and with a thin toe changing gear is way easier than with ordinary boots and they offer good protection from floor scraping with solid ankle support. Overall a really good boot!

Great short boots, decent amount of protection for the size, very comfortable and excellent value for money

I pit some leather softener on the boots and wore them around the house initially. This really speeded up the break in period. Now the feel fantastic with plenty of movement so i now wear them on the bike !!

I use these for the short commute to and from work, easy to ride in, and after a recent downpour kept me dry. I think they are great.

I really wanted the alpinestars version of this type off boot but wasn't going to pay another £85 pounds for the privilege and also the alpinestars ones would not have been leather.
This RST boot is a good looking boot with a metal sliders and this boot is made from leather.
When I used them for the first time they were very comfortable and easy to put on (no laces). The very noticeable thin was feeling the breeze going through my feet due to perforation in the leather. Would Highly recommend these boots.

These boots are perfect. Comfortable light, and airy. And easy to get on and off!
They do need to be worn in a bit though. They rubbed my shin a bit for the first few hours, but are fine now.
With the venting, they are a blessing on hot summer rides.

I was looking for a pair of short sports boots for summer use and tried these at Norwich they are a bargain at the price nice and wide fit I did go up a half size to my normal to get a good comfy fit they are broken in after 3 uses and now really good to walk about in as well as ride in .I would recommend as an option to try before you spend more money unnecessarily
