Customers praise these short motorcycle boots for their comfort, style, and affordability. Many highlight the importance of choosing a size larger than usual to ensure a good fit, particularly for those with wider feet. The boots are noted for their decent protection, ease of walking, and waterproof capabilities. Some customers mentioned initial stiffness and reduced feel for gear changes but found them to be comfortable after a few wears. Generally, these boots are seen as a solid, cost-effective choice.
At this price point a great summer boot. Well fitting and comfortable. British too.
Very pleased
I wanted a pair of robust boots with decent protection and they seem to hit the mark quite well, not tried out if they are waterproof yet but every time will tell, they are comfortable and feel warm
True to size. Lovely boots good fit and comfortable
Took the advice of others who had fed back and bought a size up the fit is perfect for me and my wide feet.
They felt comfortable from the start.
Excellent boots and very comfortable. Having read previous reviews I went a size up- would recommend this to anyone looking to buy them. As usual first class service from sportsbikeshop.
Boots fit well and will keep me cooler when in the Picos later in the year.
Great boots, recommend a size bigger as they're tricky to get your foot in to, especially when you have wide feet. All in all another excellent product from RST
Very comfortable boot from the off. And waterproof too, great boot
Comfortable, practical, waterproof, great everyday boots.
Easy to get on and off, slips under waterproofs and look great.
Sizing is snug so would suggest to go up a size. Usual affordable quality from RST.
Great boots and fantastic service from Sportsbikeshop.
Highly recommend!
Really nice boots with really good protection very comfortable already got the Rst tracktech high boots really like them and decided to invest in the shorter boots thankyou sportsbikeshop for quality service again
So need some new short boots for everyday commuting and going to work. I've tried so many different short trainer type boots but not never seem to last. These look good quality and I'm hoping they stand the test of time like my normal riding boots have.
I ordered these because I wanted a short boot and they do not disappoint ..I am a size 8 , I ordered a size 8 and they fit lovely , very comfortable , highly recommended and not forgetting a great service from SBS ..yet again first class.
These are lovely looking short boots. I read previous reviews and went a size up and they are fine for my foot length but are still a bit tight on width even with thin socks on. However I'm hoping they'll give over time.
Ordered a size 9 they were a bit tight so had to send them back. No problem with sportsbikeshop. I had the replacement 4 days later which happened just before Christmas. Will definitely use again, great boot and service thanks
Over the years you tend to accumulate lots of different kit and often find out the hard way what works and what doesn't. I have a pair of full length boots that I've worn just half a dozen times in 5 years. They're just such a faff to put on and gear changes can be clumsy, oh and they're painful to walk in because they cut into the top of my calf muscles - they look great sitting in the garage though. I've been wearing short boots ever since and it's unlikely I'll ever go back to full length boots. Top of my requirements then was a short sports boot that was waterproof and most importantly had a zip for ease of slipping on and off - commuter. You'll get plenty of choices if your happy to settle for lace ups but a zip is a different story. As such these fitted the bill and I'm already familiar with the brand. First of all its a british boot so sizing is more like your normal shoes and definitely more generous than a famous Italian brand. As mentioned elsewhere the boots are stiff and that's noticeable when you try to hook your foot below the gear change lever. There's not a lot of feel either through the toe box and I find myself checking the gear indicator on the dash to see if my intended choice has stuck. Yes, I've even missed some gear changes and hit a few embarrassing neutrals. I ride fast and fluid on a sports bike and this has been annoying. I've had to consciously adapt my style and mentally check I've let the gear lever return to its normal position.
On the plus side they haven't leaked, provide decent protection, they're quite tall though compared to other short boots, are quite comfy on, very well made and easy enough to walk in, just don't expect them to feel like a pair of slippers when you buy them. I thought they looked quite modern in the pic but the reality is they're quite a traditionally styled boot. The best part though is the price, with other well known marques looking for somewhere between £150-£200 (cost of living crisis, anyone?) for their microfibre boots. All in all though, a good value boot at this price point that should last quite a few years ... if you can live with the odd missed gear change.
These are a great fit without me having to change sizes. Very comfortable riding & same off the bike. Very impressed
