I had already got one fitting set, this came with my Dolomiti panniers but needed a second set for my other bike. Easy to fit and a neat solution that provides quick and easy mounting / dismounting of the panniers.
Quite pricey considering what they are and I was a bit disappointed these didn't come with my pannier rails that were £230 reduced from £270.
Quality is fine and if you are looking to buy them you probably have no choice, but they work well line up easily.
