Every time you put your hand in a glove, it should be passing the CE label that shows it's been tested as protective kit. We'll show you how to understand what it's telling you...
Customers largely commend these Alpinestars gloves for their comfort, fit, and functionality. They perform well in moderate rain and colder temperatures, though some customers report instances of water seepage during heavy rainfall and slightly stiff initial fit. They offer good tactile feedback and snugness, making them suitable for spring and autumn rides. While generally warm, some users recommend using them with heated grips for optimal winter use. A few customers needed to size up for a better fit.
Decent quality gloves. Waterproof to an extent and some thermal padding. Definitely not that great at 0 degrees or lower as I find the cold starts to get in. But have used them for a while now and like them a lot.
I have not used them yet but they fit perfect and feel great quality
Reliable AS fit so if you're an XL in another AS glove, the XL of these will fit right. AS gloves suit people with regular/long fingers so if you have Cornish tin miner fingers, be prepared for a bit of room at the top! Good cinching round the wrist and these will definitely work through cool spring and autum, and probably through most of winter. Only reason for 4/5 stars is tiny bit of wrinkling on the palm when gripping which means you've got to wriggle to get a better grip. Had that on Rukkas so not down to this particular glove. Love them
Snug fit. I had to go up a size.
Waterproofing is better than I thought it would be..for a budget glove.
Only downside is the lack of a glove pull tab.
I usually wear summer gloves year round as I don't like bulky winter ones when the weather turns. I found that these are a happy middle ground where you can still feel the controls but you're protected from the elements. Yes they're a short glove so don't expect to have completely dry wrists but I was happy for the compromise.
Just what I wanted for warm weather riding. A little disappointed to see that they are made in China but apart from that the design and materials are what matter.
Great all round gloves. Only put them away in summer when really hot. Fairly warm and waterproof
I'm an all year round biker rain or shine.
These are my go to gloves for fit and function when I'm not wearing my Alpinestar Copper gloves.
Do exactly what you'd expect for a waterproof glove.
Sizes are spot on as well.
Not tested if waterproof yet but like these gloves. Comfy and warm which is what I was after.
Excellent gloves that held well in moderate downpour. You have to ensure the jacket covers the sleeve otherwise they will get wet.
It's not the warmest pair but it goes well with heated grips.
Good throttle feel
Very good 3 season waterproof glove and great value.
Still keeping the hands warm and dry after 3 years.
Fit is spot on (for me at least)
Would reccomend them
Not waterproof at all. The cuff is short, so you are always going to get damp wrists - fair enough, but after one hour both gloves gave up entirely and I had a very unpleasant ride home. I have returned the gloves in individual ziplock bags as they were sopping wet. I would say they are showerproof but cannot handle a Devon downpour. Very disappointing.
Took a while to find some nice gloves for the old sports tourer but as the handlebars are narrow thinker gloves where causing issues so less is definitely more where comfort is concerned work perfectly with stock Honda heated grips
A go-to glove to wear when cold, used at tail end of winter with temperatures around 5-8 degrees, hands stay warm for a longer period, around 45 minutes before I feel my finger tips start getting cold, even motorway riding with constant wind chill they performed well. Another plus point is they are still quite tactile compared to chunkier winter gloves.
Great quality gloves. Well made and comfortable, as you'd expect from Alpinestars!
They feel a tiny bit stiff but I think that will ease in time.
These are strong, warm and comfortable gloves, waterproof and confidence inspiring. They are a little thicker and warmer than one might expect, best suited to spring and autumn, or when rain is expected.
Bought to replace a 6 year old pair of Alpinestars- had to go for the updated version which are slightly different - gear everyday glove - bought same size- either they will stretch or I'll put up with them feeling tight so if ordering maybe go for next size up ? But great everyday glove at great price - yep and they're waterproof too
