Reviews Sometimes you'll find hidden gems in the bargain basement...

Customers have shared their experiences with an RST backpack, highlighting diverse opinions. Some found it ideal for commuting with comfortable straps and ample space, while others noted issues with waterproofing and durability. The bag's practical features like side pockets, laptop compartments, and adjustable straps were praised. However, a few mentioned minor annoyances such as flapping straps and a lack of waterproofing. Overall, many found it to offer good value for the price, despite some limitations.
Good straight opening backpack although don’t put anything heavy ish (change full wallet) as the internal stitching on the top pocket is not up to much and I found the wallet in the bottom of the bag. Normally I would return it but I really cannot be bothered with the hassle I’ll see it up myself.
Otherwise another good RST product but given the pocket issue longevity remains to be seen
Bought this bag to replace another rucksack that's seen better days. It's very well made, the rucksack has a quality feel about it, just a shame it's made in China. The small zip pocket is really only big enough to accept small items. You might just get a smartphone in it, but not much else. I think that this will last for some years.
Wish I'd have bought it the day after Boxing day, rather than the day before Christmas eve, as the price went down further.
Decent size rucksack, plenty of padding on the back and the straps keep it snug against my back.
Brought for commuting on a bike, perfect size.
At this price point this should be the most affordable but high quality backpack on the market. Very good zippers, strong materials , comfortable straps. Also there is laptop space. Still not had chance to try it on my bike, but first impression is excellent. Can't wait to ride with it!
p.s. Purpose for I buy it is to put my clothes and trainers for workout. It seems that will do the job :)
Amazing value for money, feels very premium, feels extremely comfortable and the straps make it feel very supported around your body.. not the biggest capacity but I can get everything I need in there for a long ride
Bought this on the back of the review of the years and not disappointed. Great backpack, really comfortable and enough space as a commuter bag.
Nice size, fits well and good quality
Very well made and I forget I'm even wearing it, great for putting water proofs in, definitely would buy again
Good backpack. Waist and chest strap effective and feels compact and usable.
Could have more space but more than enough for daily carrying.
Purchased the back pack to carry some bits in whilst on a tour of France, Switzerland and Italy. Really comfortable to use with the chest and waist straps making it nice and secure.
It is most definitely waterproof as we took several soakings. Would recommend without hesitation.
Saw this in store seems well made for my commute, plenty of room inside, not tried in rain yet.
Cannot fault it at all, especially for the money paid. When riding its lovely and comfy to the point that once I had it all adjusted properly I couldn't tell I was wearing it. The bag also holds plenty for day to day use
I was looking for a small rucksack for riding to work and overnighters on the R1.
Didn't want to spend a fortune as it wouldn't get loads of use so went with the RST bag.
I was very impressed by the quality of build and comfort whilst wearing.
It's not the biggest but holds enough for me and feels like it will last.
Excellent value for the money.
Good quality backpack at great price.
Petty much same price as cheap regular backpacks you can get from big online sellers. It's very comfortable to wear and made of what it seems to be quality materials. It's easy to pack with big opening at the top. The only thing I'm not sure about is zip at the top of rucksack, if zip failed there is nothing else to keep bag closed. Time will tell how long it will lasts.
Overall great motorbike backpack for the price I can't afford not to buy. Recommended!
Just the right size for a weekend away, light, the right size and waterproof, can't knock it for £40.
Great backpack, good quality. I've bought a dry bag to go inside as it's not fully waterproof, but for the price very happy
Not used on the bike yet, but roomy, decent zips, lots of organisational pockets. Does what it says on the tin..
For that touring rider wanting a little extra packing space, the RST Raid Backpack partners perfectly with the X-Raid and Raid collections with a carry capacity of 22.5L, multiple inner and outer pockets, chest and waist restraint straps as well as 20D jacquard fabric.
The bag is not listed as being resistant or weatherproof.
