HJC F70 - Pearl White

Had to change to HJC after the new AGV's didn't fit anymore and I do like this one as it is light and fits well. Seems to be good quality

I like the design, it's a good fit, the sun visor is easy to operate. Easy to open the outer visor from either side.

Have had many HJC helmets over the years and only bought this one after my last one was stolen.
Had to return the first order as the sun visor was jammed and inoperable from first use which was a an unwelcome surprise - the older design with the sun visor mechanism on the roof of the helmet seems far more robust than the cable system now in use on this model.
SBS was very quick tp get me an identical replacement and this one had a working sun visor, but it does not inspire confidence? The visor does not track perfectly and you need to 'jiggle it a bit' at times to get it to sit evenly and to draw back completely.
Decent helmet overall but this one feature is a bit flaky!!!

We bought two HJC F70 helmets for use on the scooter & old Norton. We’ve not used them yet as I’ve been on the sport bikes, the weather has been good. Great fit and great service. Unbelievable shopping experience and delivery.

On the positive side - very light and your can barely feel any wind resistance.
On the negative - very tight foam on the cheeks causing a lot of discomfort and pain. Secondly, there's no eyewear tunnels in the foam.

This is my third HJC helmet, all through Sportsbikeshop. Fit is as expected (2XL), although ever so slightly smaller than the HJC RPHA-11 I had in the same size, so a bit more breaking in has been needed after some initial concern. Very comfortable now though.

Visibility is superb through the huge visor, and the integrated drop-down sun visor does a great job on the extremely rare sunny days we get in Scotland. D-ring strap fastener seems a bit fiddly and prone to twisting, although that might just be me getting used to it again after a ratchet fastener on my last lid. Great ventilation, decent enough chin curtain and a choice of two sizes of breath guard are all positives. The only real negatives are that the rough matt Stone Grey finish is a bugger to clean, and the visor itself is attached using two screws - not the end of the world, especially as I'm not going to be taking it off nearly as much as other helmets due to the integrated sun visor but still, an odd choice.

Replaces a previous HJC helmet, good fit, catches for visor and sun visor are in different locations but you soon adapt. Blue tooth sounds a little clearer and is pretty easy to fit. Size wasn't available in store but arrived the following day via courier.

Tried the helmet on in another shop to make sure I got right size. Great fit, looks good, would prefer the quick release chin strap but just need to get used to it. very good service from SBS as usual.

I am very pleased with my HJC helmet. I have had many helmets over the years and this is up there with the best. I was initially unsure because the padding is quite tight and was uncomfortable around my ears but after wearing it for a week or two, the padding has softened and it is now really comfortable. Virtually no wind noise even a relatively high speed. The visor and sun visor are really easy to move with gloves on. All in all, I thoroughly recommend this helmet, perfect!

Purchased this helmet as I wear glasses, it's very comfortable, quiet, and lightweight, I also like the visor action, no pressing release button as with some HJC helmets very satisfied.

Good value for money

Bought from the Clearance area - helmet well finished, great colours, excellent value for money. Also the Returns system is fantastic - helmet I ordered I asked for same size as my old HJC helmet and on arrival it was too small - returning is so easy and the next size helmet arrived within 3 days of me posting original item - no way you can fault that ! Bought it as replacement to my HJC F70 (grey) as it’s been over 3 years since I got it. Besides I couldn’t let this great deal go - half price! I’m very happy with the purchase. Loving the colours. Fit is superb - as expected. I’d say it’s snug and more so than my grey F70 but this is expected. It will wear in after couple of weeks. Loving the grooves to fit your specs. What else to say? Another good but at cracking price from SBS!

recieved next day after ordering. Im really happy with this helmet, fit like a glove and keeps me cool. came with a pinlock insert which is amazing (never used one before. haha) bought for £150, amazing value.
