I bought the Merlin Thirsk glove on the basis of aesthetics, as in they are brown options. Upon receiving the Gloves (super quick from Sportbikeshop) I realised that they are so much more. The fit is snug but I assume that they will stretch in. Think armoured driving glove which I suppose is exactly what they are. Overall these gloves make me want to put them on, the quality is there, just need the riding now.
These are very well made and the touch screen part of the finger and thumb work well.
I tried Knox, Richa and generic. These are the best. Cheaper, nicer feel, comfortable, touch screen compatibility is fine and they look excellent. Cool in this recent heatwave, comfortable and good feel on the controls. My hands are a bit odd, in-between Large and Medium because of my long fingers. These fit well (as well as they can on weirdo E.T. fingers as could be hoped). They also fit normal hands.
Fair quality leather glove, fits well ideal for summer. Would recommend them
Great pair of gloves, well armoured. I deducted a star because the inside stitching on one of the finger tips is a little rough and starts to sting a bit after a long ride.
Really nice gloves, look great with a pair of brown leather boots! They're also really well ventilated, hands haven't gotten sweaty at all so far, even in traffic. You can feel the seams inside the fingers which might bother some people but I find it doesn't affect my dexterity so isn't a problem. There's also a button on the grab tab which I assume is to attach to Merlin jackets? Ultimately they feel very protective in all the areas that matter, so I'm happy.
