I bought these boots as my first pair of riding boots when I first started out, they’re plenty firm for protection and never soaked though with rain when I was out in the rain (which was quite a lot) so I give them credit for that. I have no doubts that these would be very good in a crash. But I had one gripe with them, and that was they were just too stiff. They have that bendy material at the ankle that’s supposed to help with flexibility (sorry, I don’t know what it’s called) but in my case that material was less flexible than the rest of the shoe. I wore these boots 3-4 a week for a year and was NEVER able to get that part of the boot to flex naturally. I could not bend my ankles in them. Because of this, I had problems with shifting and found it way too difficult and I thought it might’ve been because of my height (5ft) it certainly could’ve been a safety hazard. I didn’t realise how easy shifting was actually supposed to be until upgrading my boots this year. The difference was insane. Oh, and the material attached to the zips that help you pull them up both broke within 1-2 weeks of using the zips, so I replaced them with corded headphone wire so they don’t rip.

Top quality boots at a great price. Haven’t tested their waterproofness , but otherwise perfect. Definitely size up, as I’m normally 38/5 and ordered 39/6 which were perfect fit

Well brought these boot as my alpinestars boots decided to drop to pieces after 10 years. So I brought these for go under my textile gear. They are great quality, half the price of the alpinestars equivalent and super comfy.

Boots arrived as promised. Very fast delivery. Bought for my other half and the results are as follows : A little tight but will loosen up, bought a size up as suggested from other reviews. Had a very wet ride last week and no wet feet!! Comfy and warm. All good in the feet dept!!

Extremely pleased with these Boots. They're light and extremely comfortable and a great price. I ordered a 40 thinking that was a size 6 1/2, but the box says 7.
I'm usually a 6, but these fit like a glove. Definitely size up like others have said.
