These gloves are classic Klim – tough, durable, well made, packed with neat little touches that make them brilliant touring gloves
These gloves ticked all the boxes for me, they are a short, goretex glove, with a large aperture so you can get them on even with hot hands.
I did go down a size from normal which was great as they fit even better.
Very nice but expensive glove. But worth the money
As usual, it is a quality product from Klim. It has a great fit and feel and important built-in protection.
Worn every day for a couple of weeks, and they're feeling really comfortable now. Completely waterproof and windproof, so great for this time of year. Had to change for a smaller size (large to medium), and now fit really well. Solidly constructed; feels like they should last.
What an excellent pair of gloves, I wanted something that would keep my hands warm but still be flexible and not bulky. These glove have been great at temperatures between 5 and 10, I also pick up a pair of silk liners to help if the temp dropped a little lower.
Best gloves I have ever had by a long way. Considering buying a second pair whilst they are still around. Comfy and properly waterproof.
Brilliant
A quality product needs minimal breaking in and does everything it says
You get what you pay for
Would recommend to anybody as a 3 season go to glove if rain protection needed
first time out on a warm day i was glad i opted form these as despite forecasts the heavens opened however the gloves stood up perfectly (as they should). they aren't cumbersome with just enough armour on the knuckles and they fit really well.Like others have commented they probably wouldn't keep your hands warm on a winter morning however that's missing the point in my view, i'll use a silk liner if i have to. I have lots of gloves for different scenarios however these are my new go to pair - very pleased with them.
There aren't that many short cuff Goretex gloves out there but these are high quality offerings from Klim. They are 3 season (although maybe too warm for hot summer days) but not quite warm enough for winter. But combined with heated grips and hand guards will cover a lot of scenarios. They are a decently slim, close fit and definitely waterproof - a great alternative to the bulkier options out there.
What can I say klim in my opinion are the best and with these gloves just shows it! Went for the short to go under the klim badlands jacket and with my other gloves the water got in. Not the warmest but I'm sure in the spring and summer wet riding won't be and issue grate gloves.
Klim quality, best short glove I've purchased. Only one to last through long European tours and not breakdown during trip.
I'm happy with the gloves, especially as I have shorter than average length fingers. Other reviews regarding warmth of gloves on colder days id say are accurate, but I don't see this as being a big issue as I hate heavily padded gloves, and I have heated grips.
Good fit out of the bag, I went for 3XL which is slightly bigger than 2XL in other makes. They are well made and are easy to pull on and take off when the wrist is adjusted and you use the zip. First trip out last Sunday 12/05/19 with early morning air temperature of 5 degrees after only 60 miles even with hand guards my hands were very cold, we stopped for tea and warmed our hands, the "feels like" temperature would have been very low but I thought they would have been a bit warmer. we continued and as the day warmed so did my hands and they were fine for the rest of the 230 miles. The pre curved small fingers are excellent and with the almost sticky grip area there is little chance of hands slipping off the bar grips. Still a fiddle to get under Klim's silly zipless jacket cuffs but they will go under and seal very well. Very comfortable by the end of the trip, I have always struggled with glove size, finger length ect and they are perfect with plenty of finger tip room, Sue has used hers for well over a year without issues.
Typical Kim clothing. Does what it says on the box. Designed and built to a very high quality. Can't fault them. A good investment for many years of use.
Haven't tried these in the rain yet but great comfortable fit for my fingers in my size. However, I find them short in the thumb so they (thumbs) hit the end of the glove when your had is wrapped around the bikes bars.
The zipper is great as you can adjust the wrist as required and use the zip to take gloves on and off ( a tip from another review mentioned to form a first when zip/unzip...it works).
Also love the fact I can use the touchscreen on my phone cum GPS without taking gloves off.
Gloves seem to be well made along the lines of other Klim products I've purchased.
