These run small - i needed a 3XL and i am usually XL or Size 10/11 with longish fingers. Good mixture of robustness and ventilation. I was a bit peeved to start with as they were awkward to put on due to the way the velcro wrist strap secures. However, if you only use the big red tag to pull them on, its very quick and easy.
