These are light weight and appear to have good ventilation. However I have not actually worn them on the bike yet as it's winter. I'm 5'10" and the regular leg is quite long and the lower leg is slim and so I cannot get me boots underneath. I can just get them over my TCX short ridding boots.

Very light, great ventilation

These are very light and have excellent ventilation, they were on offer at Sportsbikeshop for a terrific price, but they are definitely at the bottom end of the range with no adjustment for fit at the waist or the ankle.they come with very modern knee armour but I recommend buying the additional hip armour at the same time which can be found on the site for a very reasonable cost. The armour is discrete and very comfortable.

These are a slim fit.. but nice mesh layout and quite comfy
one negative point, its a snap fastener.. so if you eat a few pies it comes off. would have been better if it was a button etc..

Beware leg length

If you normally are a regular inside leg you will need to order a short with these trousers.
Otherwise the extra leg length will put the knee protection too low.

Got the trousers for my partner as we are using them abroad , you do need to try on to get right size, but service at shop is great, very pleased with them.

Initially these looked good out of the box, but trying them on reveals
sizing & fit issues.
They are cut quite short in the rise ie -they fit like hipsters.
The size shown is L regular yet they measure long in the leg. This matters with motorcycle trousers as the knee protection is too low.
Their size chart shows 2 leg lengths
for 'standard'- weird!

Good for racing snakes

Good fit and good leg length. They fit me very well, but I'm built like a racing snake. If you've got calf muscles like Arnie, forget it. Also if you want to wear long boots under them (not likely in hot weather) then they'll be too tight. These are like normal jeans in the fit, so if you want wider, nip down to Sue Ryders for a pair of 70's flares, ha ha. I'm going to use separate armour under them, there's just enough room for that.

Decent mesh trousers supplied in a good range of sizes. In the end I had to go for a a pair with larger than necessary waist so as to get a pair with sufficiently wide trouser size. Slightly inelegant aesthetically speaking, but OK with braces under jacket !

Jeans like but not jeans. These are substantial, quite heavy but allow excellent airflow. Thin knee protection and you need to purchase hip protection separately. Good length and quite tapered style. Buy then loose on the waist and wear a belt.
