Crikey, I was not expecting the warmth this jacket added. The quality is amazing [of course], and the fit is very nice. I tried it on at Boston before buying, and like the outer jacket I needed a size down. Amazing frankly.

Bought to go under a Rukka jacket. Fits well, really warm and light. I've probably worn it more off the bike than on - great for chilly morning dog walks.

I love my jacket, it is excellent quality and super lightweight, sensible sized pockets and comes with a lightweight carry bag. I wear it as a casual jacket as well as under my Rukka suit on the bike, You will not be disappointed.

I purchased the Rukka mid layer jacket after reading good reviews. I can confirm the jacket is a very good mid layer keeping out the cold. I live in Scotland and it can get cold here even during summer months so it's a good to take this jacket along incase it gets cooler. The jacket packs away into a small bag which is easy to stow in top box or panniers or even on the passenger seat. The garment is rather pricey but good quality. I'm happy with the purchase which was here on time and packed well by sportbikeshop as usual.

This Rukka down jacket was bought as an addition to the Rukka Kalix jacket. The down jacket fits neatly under the kalix. It's very warm and easy to move in with no restrictions. I tried a large on but found it was to tight with a sweatshirt or base layers on, so opted for an XL 44 chest. Absolute perfect fitting and no bulkiness or belowing under the kalix.
Good piece of warm kit which will be used in Scotland on my next tour. Again good value for money

Perfect as a mid layer as designed.
Tried them in 0 degrees under my one piece Gore-Tex suit and they kept me toasty warm. Recommended.

Tried several mid layer jackets on, the Rukka fitted lovely under my Goretex jacket and will definitely keep you warm. It stores compactly in its own bag and can be used to take on trips. It can also be worn as a good looking casual jacket. Would reccomend it.

Warm jacket on or off the bike. Can be packed into its own included bag. Have worn it off the bike as a casual jacket. 4 pockets so no shortage of storage.

Great jacket ,true to size ( XL ) bought to go under a Dane jacket , well made jacket that packs down into its own bag, haven't had any really cold weather yet but is substantially warmer than the inner supplied by Dane.

A bit tongue in cheek as I haven't used in winter yet but bought the jacket to go under a Klim pro outer. The fit was just thought for me and easily squashed down to fit under outer jacket and in August it was very comfy and warm.

A very well made and comfortable down jacket that is not warm and very compact. Worn under you gear it's exceedingly warm but it's beauty lies in the fact you can wear it later in the day by itself. Packs down to about 8in long by 6 in around pouch so very easy to store even in a tank bag. If you use the modern removable type waterproof liner that's an inner/over type you would have a perfect off the bike combo for touring
