Rev'it Eclipse 2 Textile Jacket - Grey

Bought to replace my ancient Frank Thomas mesh, this is a slightly snugger fit (xl) but that makes it less flappy. I use mesh jackets as a layer all year, with base layers and rain jackets, so they get lots of use. This one’s done a few thousand miles so far, observations: the main zip isn’t as chunky as my last one, and Im missing the little glasses pocket. Otherwise great jacket well made.

Nice and light cool in summer

lightweight jacket that will be great in the summer months, plenty of ventilation and comfy. Only downside is it runs very short on the length, XL fits great on the arms and shoulders but body length is quite short.

Excellent summer jacket, keeps you cool but has all the protection to give you confidence. At a price point that suits a jacket that may only be worn a dozen times a year.

Great for the hot weather last summer. Nicely fitted and comfortable even with back armour in place. Stylish and practical. Large fitted me perfectly - 5'8" 44" chest.

The jacket was just what l needed , fantastic service as always updates on delivery times , nothing has ever been broken or ripped .

Didn t have this colour in the shop, so ordered it, on the condition that if I didn t like it I could return it FOC !! Well it arrived and I I love it. It gives great airflow through the mesh panels, the sleeves are just that bit longer than rival brands which is great , had to go up a size but a better fit than my other mesh. GVFM. I ve found the service from Sportsbikeshop to be exemplary.

Great looking jacket and cool for summer riding. I purchased this to replace the earlier Eclipse 1 jacket which was still perfectly serviceable but too large due to weight loss. As usual service from the store was excellent.

After riding in the heat I found the jacket I had was just roasting me even with all the vents open. I visited the store in Bristol and was shown a selection and chose this one. The next weekend I did a long ride from home across the Cotswold to my daughters house and I arrived cool refreshed ideal. It has the safety features others did not.

The jacket fits well and provides good ventilation. Only real comment is no back protector (I had a spare) and only one inside pocket. Service at SBS Reading excellent as usual.
