Hi, I have two questions about this jacket. 1. Can the shoulder and elbow protectors be removed? 2. Fit: I have a Dainese San Diego jacket size 52 (euro size) and an Alpinestars GP Force Chaser size 54 (euro size); do you think a size XL (46) of this jacket would be ok or is it too big?
