Nolan N80-8 N-Com - Rumble Metal Black / White / Blue / Red

Great price quality ratio. Pin lock is pre-fitted and you barely get any fogging, amazing ventilation. Quality of all materials by Nolan is great. My only issue is the fit - I had an AGV XL size, whereas the Nolan on XL is extremely painful - I guess it will take a couple of trial and error attempts to get the right size. Would have been great if Nolan sold different foam size inlays.

Fits well and is true to size, found it hard finding a helmet that fit my glasses in comfortably, this one by far has been the best and most comfortable for me.

I've always wanted a Nolan helmet and didn't think I'd be able to get one with the small budget I'd set myself, especially with a 22-06 rating.

But typically great pricing from Sportsbikeshop meant this felt like a bargain.

The quality of the linings and padding is great, the metallic finish / paint is lovely, and the large 59-60 sizing is spot on (says 60 on the helmet itself).
Also the internal sun visor mechanism is nicely designed.

A nice all rounder to add to my collection.

I must admit that I bought this Nolan helmet on the strength of my previous Nolan helmet which has been excellent.
I've only had this new one for a relatively short time but so far it's proved to be very comfortable to wear. The dark visor is easy to use and the build quality of the whole thing appears to be great. If this one proves to be as good as my previous Nolan helmet I'll be very happy. So far, the signs are that it will prove to be equally good.

I tried a bunch of helmets as I have a head size 58 which is awkward, as medium large is usually the perfect fit & this one which is Nolan's Large size 59/60 fits me well, don't think a 60 head would fit well. I used it for 1.5 hrs on first ride & it was comfortable, everything worked as intended & the internal sun visor is a nice feature, plus it has anti mist which most don't. The first micro opening could do with being a little more open, as not much air enters as it's near fully closed. The visor is clear & distortion free. It's noisier than my old helmet, but my old one is the quietest helmet I've ever owned. Quality of materials is good & the ratchet strap with double lock works well. A good quality helmet at this price point.

Excellent quality very well put together, the addition of a sun visor really helps on sunny days, overall a very well made and comfortable motorcycle helmet.

After a couple of months use, overall, I am really impressed with the fit, finish, construction and quality feel of the N80-8. Personally speaking, I like the understated non-graphic solid colour, it's subtle but classy looking. Although i'm use to a double D ring, I find the micro-ratchet chin strap easy to secure and release. i have seen reviews which have been critical of the lack of airflow through the top vent but i've found it fine, I never find myself guessing if it's open or not, you can feel the airflow inside the shell. The dropdown sun visor works ok, lowered by a lever/ratchet mechanism concealed in the chinbar, the sunvisor itself would benefit from being darker. Good wide field of view through the visor with a very positive staged closure and an easy visor removal/ refitting. I've fitted a Cardo Spirit HD intercom and encountered no issues with the installation. As an aside, I have previously owned Arai, Shoei and X-Lite helmets and this Nolan is just as impressive for a fraction of the cost.

Excellent service as usual from SBS, I have ordered and tried on quite a few helmets and finally this one fits. Excellent Nolan quality and looks great as well, comes with the pinlock fitted so really is out of box and straight on.

Excellent service from SBS just took the helmets that did not fit back to the brilliant team at Harlow, no fuss easy and convenient.

Great fit got the small and plenty of ear room compared to other lids I have comfortable lining light weight helmet very low wind noise . Got the ncom to fit in it easy to fit and Great intercom can't fault lid at all

I bought this helmet to replace my old N87 after my crash. So I fully recommend Nolan as a brand. Great fit with modern aggressive looking design and premium feel considering the price highly recommend, also I found it very easy to fit the Nolan intercom system.

The N80-8-N exceeded my expectations. I was after a N87 but after no available size I opted for the N80-8. Simply put the lid delivers smiles all round, great price, correct fit with no niggles.
If Carlsberg done helmets it would be the N80-8!

Comfy bit tight getting on but good when on, sun visor best quality, looks good, well made, wind noise not too bad for cost, but bit of water getting in in rain, so went for a shoei lot more money, obviously no problems, shame as I really liked nolan n80 8

Purchased to replace my six year old Nolan helmet. Still the same very good value.
