So this jacket is great ... I use it as my main jacket all the time and just change out what I use under to suit the condition. I would call it a 3 season in that regard as the wind dose pass through very easy so with the correct base layer and mid layer you can use it all year round bit its not waterproof there for I use a packable rain jacket and it them become a 4 season but as I would class this as an in-between midlayer top layer. I've never removed the sleeves yet but could soo it a great advantage if off road ... by unzipping half way they become huge vents. Its very lightweight in the chest area there for I would moment using without a vest ..... Its perfect for under leather cuts .... I also have the revit trail vest and its perfect to combine with that

The Continent WB jacket is a tactical, high-tech, adventure-ready jacket as part of Rev'it's Dirt Series, but there's much more to it than meets the eye. Engineered with serious adventure riding in mind, the Continent WB is made to adapt as conditions change.
Designed and certified to be good to go, with SEESMART protection in charge of keeping your elbows and shoulders out of harm's way and an insert pocket for a SEESOFT back protector, there's also the possibility of removing the standard protection and slipping the Continent WB jacket over the CE-level 1 and 2 certified Proteus protector jacket for when the going gets tough.
Similarly, the full-stretch, softshell design looks and feels purposeful, but that's before unzipping the sleeves for even more riding mobility and ventilation. Because the Continent WB is very much an in-between jacket, the removable sleeves are mated to the shoulders, as a comfortable double layer up top that comes off altogether, turning this mid-range temperature jacket into a full-blown, body-warming off-road riding vest in a matter of moments.
