I love the feel of the jacket. It dies not feel bulky and hard like most bike jackets. There are plenty of pockets, and few places where drafts can get in...apart from the cuffs. The zip and popper combination is awkward. An overlapping velcro fastened section would be better, which would make it easier to tighten around gloves. Apart from that, I would recommend this jacket highly.

Fab jacket, lovely & warm for the colder weather. Had to change my initial order of M to a S which is a much better fit (normally a 12/14) great service as always from SB Preston & online for organising the change of size ?

I'd been looking for a waxed style jacket similar to one from another (very expensive) brand that I had seen which was no longer available. I found this Merlin jacket but was unsure of sizing and whether the quality would match. I needn't have worried, fits true to size, quality is outstanding, the zips on the cuffs instead of awful velco are a lovely feature and best of all it's made in Britain. I absolutely love it.... Warm waterproof and good looking too.

Bought this as a present for my wife. The jacket is very well made and is comfortable to wear. It is similar to my Merlin BSA Empire jacket but obviously for the female firm. Great Quality and great value for money in the SBS sale
