these are excellent jeans although as others have said they are generously sized. I usually take size 34w 30l in jeans and ordered 34 short in these and I'm happy with them, They are big enough to fit baselayer under and still be roomy but i'm sure I could comfortably fit in the 32 short but I won't be bothering. All said these are great jeans, worth every penny and the usual SBS service. Happy customer

Good comfort levels, look quite good even if the stretch panels scream motorbike. I found the hip armour at level 2 made me look a bit feminine so I removed it, maybe some level 1 would be better. The Knee armour sits in the right place and has adjustment but I found that it pulled against my knee on long touring holidays and became annoying so I removed that too ;-).
They do get warm in the summer and don't really let mush air pass through the aramid fibre which is quite thick but I guess this is the trade off for safety. When I compare them with something like Skins jeans its night and day difference in quality and what i'd think to be durability/ safety. Ive been wearing them for four years and they still look great.

Tried a number of different company riding pants (leather and jeans) and these were by far the best! Good protection, fit well and are not either too slim or too baggy. Shipping to the US only took 4 days! Highly recommend the pants and also Sports Bike Shop.

They’re super comfortable and feel sturdy they have stretchers around the knees to allow for better movement in addition you get padding on the hips and knees which is thick and would definitely help in a crash

These are a heavy denim Jean with a good level of protection. I m 5,10 tall and the knee falls in the right place when sitting on the bike ( trust me some makes don t and they are very uncomfortably).
I also like the fact that the leg is cut like a boot cut so they go over my ankle boots (other makes don t not )
Overall I very pleased with these although they were at the very top end of my budget

These jeans were just what I was looking for, combining safety and style for my style of riding. They were a little tight initially , but I’m a big guy, so perhaps I could have gone a size up, or lay off the junk food haha.

Excellent quality, comfortable both off and on the bike

Really comfortable jeans, they are a little big waist size as I bought my usual size which were too big. Went down a size and they’re spot on. Adjustable knee pads, so sit well when you’re sat on the bike. As usual a great quality product by RST. Sportsbikeshop return policy is great as usual with getting a smaller size. Just hope I don’t have to test the protection out!

Highly recommend these come with hip armour and knee armour feel great on the bike

Perfect fit, the jeans fit your size you do not have to go a bit larger or smaller, really comfortable and the build quality is excellent, the protection in these jeans is first class I highly recommend, great price too

Based on the reviews and safety rating these seemed like the perfect jeans for a 'larger' frame. Plenty of movement without impacting the positioning of the armour. Also the numerous adjustments you can make to the knee armour means that you can be comfortable when riding.
