RST X Kevlar® Tech Pro CE Aramid Fibre Jeans - Solid Black

These are heavy trousers but feel of great quality and feel very strong and offer great protection (and they feel like!) yet they allow for good mobility as they stretch (these seem to be made of some sort of elastic material). I have used these also in hot temperatures (+35C) and may not be the best since they would keep you quite warm, yet great for coldish weather.

The fit is slightly large around the waist but not drastically so, fine for me if wearing a shirt tucked in. The high waist at the back is a nice feature for this. Plenty of adjustment on the knee armour positioning and the material feels robust enough to be protective in the event of a slide. I can wear them inside or over my boots. They remain comfortable to wear for me after several hours of riding. Only issue I have is that they are on the heavy side for slower hot weather riding and when off the bike but then my skin is more important to me than fresh air so not a big price to pay.

Would advise to size down a waist size as they come up quite big & have plenty of give.
Armour is comfortable on hips & Knees too.

These jeans are a quality item from RST, comfortable and ok knee and hip protection, not the cheapest on the market but a strong contender for the best!
They have quit a bit of give and stretch to them which gives you the option of wearing extra protection under without affecting comfort.
I would recommend ordering down a size or use the try before you buy service and try in store from SportsBikeShop which is a top service and FREE.

I’ve been really impressed with these RST jeans. They’re great both on and off the bike — comfortable enough for riding but also easy to wear when walking around normally. They're not stiff or bulky like some riding jeans. The knee armour is also very easy to adjust, so you can get it sitting in the right position without any hassle. Overall very happy with them.

So it took me a few different sizes to get the right fit, I had an old black pair of these I was given and the label was worn, so I tried a 32 regular to start and were huge, both waist and length, I tried a 32 short and way to short, so I tried a 30 regular and were perfect, with still bit of room in the waist, the pads are easy to adjust and take out if want to wear as normal jeans at the end of a ride, like I did as stayed overnight on a ride out, definitely worth the money.

I was going to purchase some leather jeans but found them bulky and didn't really work unless attached to a matching jacket. These have great protection and although quite substantial don't feel much more bulky on the bike than regular jeans, look great and are really comfortable. Nice high waist at the back so no annoying gap on a sports bike. Adjustable knee armour so it sits in exactly the right place, stretch panels ensure a comfortable riding position. A little more expensive than I originally intended to spend but I tried some lower priced alternatives and these are definitely worth paying the extra.

Definitely size down! I'm always a 32 but they were massive. Bought a 30 instead and they fit perfectly and also have a lot of stretch. The stretch panels at knees and lower back are great.

The only downside is the armour, it's incredibly bulky. I swapped it out for icon diablo and the jeans are perfect now. It's great they came with level 2 from the off, but I'd say they're substandard for comfort and bulk.

I’ve always had problems finding the perfect fit for bike jeans, both in the length and the waist, however these fit like a glove! They are the most comfortable I’ve worn, both on and off the bike, and fit just like regular jeans. The leg opening is wide enough to go over my boots, and they sit well on bulky road/race boots. Good quality heavy fabric that is comfortable on a warm or cold day.

These seem well made and are comfortable. Only issue is knee armour pads are bulky, very apparent off the bike, and tend to drag downwards. Replacing them with Diablo, perhaps this should be an option

Really like the look and fit of these jeans. Very comfortable even after a full day on bike.
