Oxford Barkston D2D Waterproof Textile Jacket - Khaki

Brought online with very quick delivery! (Next day) even when purchased late in the day, arrived boxed and secure! Jacket is a great fit very comfortable with the inner lining in and out, which is easily removed and replaced, had on in very warm weather and is very breathable and cool, no reason to think it’s not waterproof and will try when out in the rain. looks even better up close than it does online! Very happy customer and will definetly shop here again.

Unlike most textile jacket the waterproof aspect of this jacket is the outer shell and not the liner, which for me is good news as the first thing I do is to remove the liner and instead use a fleece if I need more warmth. Good sized pockets secured with press studs, sadly no inner zipped pocket to store a wallet. Front vents to allow some air flow in warmer weather. Zipped air vents in the rear and on arms would make this jacket perfect. No back protector but there is a pocket for one.

It's a really nice jacket - has the usual Oxford removable liner which is really warm, but was more than comfortable without it when we hit the 20's a couple of weeks ago. I've not ridden in real rain with it yet, but it's come through some showers and stayed dry. The armour's a bit stiff on the elbows, but not uncomfortable. The blue's a little lighter in person.

Oxford's sizing's pretty variable - I've swung from XL (Mondial) to 4XL (Dakar) and back without gaining/losing any weight. This seems pretty much in the middle, but I'd suggest trying it on in-person if you can.
