Not sure what they’re made of … feels like a composite of some sort so light and going on the straps. Simple fit on the drive side simple unbolt footpeg, bolt on the plate. Bit more of a challenge on the non drive side as the exhaust has to come off !!!
These work wonderfully with rack less systems of luggage - I’ve used both my kriega and givi systems with no issues at all.
