Visors

Got a black visor for my Arai helmet delivered from sportsbikeshop as always on time and packed nicely, perfect condition as I wanted.

In use, visibility is sharp and natural with no distortion, and the ratchet mechanism feels smooth when opening and closing. It fits tightly on the helmet with no wind gaps when correctly installed, keeping noise and airflow predictable. It’s basically the “factory fresh” feel for your helmet again.

This is great for sunny and darker days.
It's not fully tinted like a dark visor would be but it takes out most of the glare from the sun and gives a really clear view. It also lets in enough light to have good vision on cloudy days and most importantly it's great in the shade on sunny days, unlike a full tinted visor that creates shadows and difficulties seeing under tree's or tunnels.

Great product, pricey but worth it.

Negative is for this much money, I'd expect it to come with a pinlock insert but they are £25 extra making this £100 all in (at time of writing).

This X.Rally visor also fits the X.WED3 and WST 3. I m a little disappointed in how dark it actually turns. I had hoped it would go as dark as the 80% dark visor that came with my X.WED 3. But in reality, it s more like 40% i d say.

Excellent service from Sportsbikeshop, as usual. The Shoei tinted visor works perfectly. It's just enough tint to reduce the glare during the day but still gives great visibility at night.

Had what I needed, at a competitive price, and delivered very promptly, what's not to like
