I had to purchase new boots in a hurry because I'd put a hole in my existing pair of Forma boots during practice day at Cadwell Park. SBS staff were, as ever, really helpful!
Straight into race day, there were only a few missed gear changes (I usually like to bed new boots in!)
Luckily, I didn't get to test their protection levels, but they feel quite sturdy.
Obviously, time will tell regarding wear resistance, but so far, so good.
Needed shunting stronger than my adventure boots, but not heavy plastic enduro ones, these seem to sit nicely between, yet to wear them in as still a bit stiff, but walking is considerably easier than enduro ones, so very pleased so far, notably cheaper than anywhere else
Good size and fit as described on website, Easy to keep clean as commute daily. Holds off the worst rain with the zip and velcro feature. Good daily boot.
They looked good quality boots and i was able to flick through my 6 close ratio gears.Comfortable and felt secure and protected.Double zips allowed easier access to boot.
Don't buy these if you require waterproof boots, constant squeaking from plastics.
