Fastening Woes

As always SBS service rocks on delivery & helpful follow up conversation with Chris around this issue.
Following info I gathered suggesting compatibility of this product, I purchased Givi E241 Passenger Backrest for my 2023 Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer Top Box, which is actually a re-badged Givi.....
However....the fastening points on the pads have no home on the Triumph set up, the Givi branded top box model has bolt holes pre-drilled that are easily removed....HOWEVER the Triumph has closed rivets in place down at the base which would have to be drilled out......& to make matters worse their is no fastening guide / template / items to support alternative fastening on the Triumph Box. :(
I had to resort to Velcro set up on the larger pad, source 2 x 5mm hex head pan bolts to fasten smaller pad.......was quite dissapointed in this but not the quality of the actual pads per pillion feedback.
