Spend a bit more and get the nissin pads. These do the job but don’t have the initial bite the nissin pads have.

Having used EBC brake pads for many years I can highly recommend them when looking to replace the originals. I was quoted £240 to supply and fit replacements by my local Honda dealer. As this is an easy DIY job (VFR800 FE) I did it myself and saved £150.

First time buying the FA488HH, only because it's the 1st time I have a vehicle that uses them.
I have used EBC Double H Sintered brakes for the last 6 years on my previous Motorcycles and Subaru car before that.
Always been very happy with them and notice a significant difference over the stock brake pads the vehicles come with. They have a lot quicker bite and stronger breaking power giving a lot more confidence in stopping in all weather conditions. EBC BRAKES combined with a good set of tyres such as Michelin Road 5 and you are ready for anything.
