I use this on my Trials Bike for two reasons. In winter it keeps my back warm and now I am 66 I don't bounce like I used to.
The pad fit's perfectly in my track vest and due to its construction I don't notice I'm wearing it when I'm riding or driving my van.
As with all the Knox kit I own ,it's a quality product that I would happily use for touring as it is so inobtrusive.
