I purchased a Rukka Air Karvik recently but this doesn't come supplied with the back protector. So I picked up this Furygan item at half the price and its almost as big as the Rukka one and works perfectly.

Another good quality D30 protective piece - level 2 protection.

Fit my Resurgence Ultra riding shirt / jacket, and Scott Voyager Dryo jacket.

A little heavier than the specifically lightweight D30 versions but nothing overly noticeable.

Bought to match the OE in my Furygan Jkt. Easy to fit, comfortable to wear in the jacket. Lv 2 protection for under £40, was good. Not given a fifth star as I have not tried its crash protection!

There's not a lot to say about back protectors - I have this fitted in a Fuygan Furyon jacket - it fits very well, and is very comfortable to wear, even with a rucksack on. In very hot weather maybe you can feel your back is a little warmer, but it's trivial.

I can't comment on the protection it would offer - I hope I never get to find out.

I bought this back protector for my women’s Dainese textile jacket and it fits perfectly, it is very flexible and comfortable when wearing the jacket unlike the previous one I had in it. I’ll be buying more D30 armour in the future.

I bought this to go in the back of a new mesh RST jacket just before we done a uk weeks tour. We left on the hottest day of the year so far and got on our way. I only noticed that it was there a couple of time when I put my jacket on the back of very light chairs. Needless to say it very comfortable and as light as it could possibly be and be effective. I can’t comment on the safety side as fortunately I haven’t had to test it but from the feel of it I trust this to only do good.

Despite being thick It is very comfortable and well ventilated it fits the pocket on my oxford jacket snugly the medium might have been a better fit for the Oxford back protector pocket
