Definitely need a size one up from your normal size. Fits snugly to your skin but not too tight around the neck. Long in the body so wont ride up when seated.

The Ultimate base layer does exactly what it says in the product description, great piece of kit but be aware sizing appears a bit small so go for a size up than you normally would
