Quality winter base layer

A very good quality product. I’m 6’ and normally wear large. I bought a large, the fit is snug, arm length is good, warm to wear. I found the material slightly itchy as I warmed up, personally I found the loose neck collar irritating. On the whole as a winter base layer this product worked well. Does it live up to the marketing hype and cost, I’m not convinced.
