Bull-it Guardian Slim Covec Jeans - Black

After waiting over a year for Knox to release their AAA black jeans that never arrived I decided to give these ago which I'm very pleased I did perfect fit and cheaper

I tried tens of pairs of jeans before settling on these. They're not too hot, good amount of stretch, tight enough for me to keep the armour in place. I'm 34 regular in normal jeans. 34 short in these and every other pair of bike jeans I tried. The armour is thin but the holes in it start to rub against the knees when walking about so I take them out. They're fine on the bike, just when off the bike. I might replace them with Oxford ones which are smooth. The armour is level 2 not 1 as was listed here when I bought them. I like being able to take the knee armour out from the outside but worry that the little zip might fail at some point. I'm just being careful. Happy with them really and I tried nearly every other brand! Oh and they are proper black, not grey or blue.

These jeans are great.
AAA abrasion resistance at the price or cheaper than others AA jeans.
Comfortable, goood quality an accuate fit.

The description also fails to mention that the armour is externally accessible - a small stealthy zip on the outside of the leg lets you remove the knee pads when you get to your destination. For the right person this is a key selling point as there are only a few brands that offer this.
