The screen is definetly an improvement to the Honda version (How Honda got it so wrong here is anyone's guess) anbd the upgrade is needed if you are doing long miles on the bike.
1 niggle - I am not sure why a piece of molded plastic such as this one has to cost £124.99 that said.

After putting plenty of miles on my Honda NT1100, I decided to replace the standard screen with the Puig Touring Screen, and I can honestly say it's one of the best upgrades I've made.
The quality is excellent straight out of the box. The screen is beautifully finished, feels robust, and fits perfectly using the original mounting points. Installation took around 15 minutes with no modifications required, making it a straightforward job for anyone with basic tools.
The biggest improvement is the wind protection. Compared with the standard screen, there's a noticeable reduction in wind blast and turbulence around the helmet and shoulders, making motorway cruising far more comfortable. Wind noise is significantly reduced, which means less rider fatigue on long journeys. Even in poor weather, the extra coverage keeps more wind and rain off your upper body, making the bike feel much more like a true long-distance tourer.
Despite being taller, visibility remains excellent thanks to the clear optical quality and well-designed shape. The screen also complements the styling of the NT1100 rather than looking oversized or out of place.
For anyone who regularly rides long distances or spends time on faster roads, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Puig Touring Screen. It offers superb build quality, an easy installation, and a genuine improvement in comfort. It's one of those accessories that makes you wonder why the bike didn't come with it fitted from the factory.

The flexibility in height adjustment is excellent from low cruising around to no wind noise or pressure in the higher settings

Fully down position is ideal for me at 9ft-10ins. Overall a much calmer place to be that with oem screen & much less bug splatter on me too .

If you have an NT1100 don't think twice - just buy it.
Took me around fifteen minutes to take the OEM screen off and replace.
Taller and a little wider than the OEM. First decent ride (140m) and the difference on the motorway is incredible. Good for taller riders.

Massive improvement on OE screen

Good quality, fits straight on, no fiddly spacers etc. A huge improvement on the Honda screen. Honda solved the 22 to 24 screen mech issue on the but created another by fitting a screen that is small and really doesnt work well at wind deflection on the 25. PUIG have cracked it with this screen without going overly silly on size. Good value too!
