Brought these for the warmer weather we have been having. Outer material is stiff but getting better the more they are worn, expected them to be a bit softer. They do alow air in so your feet stay cooler than alot of other boots I own that are waterproof but dont let your feet breath. The ratchet lace system works well and alows you to get your foot into the boot easily.
