These gloves work well for road or off road riding, and the venting is great for hot weather. The loop to help pull them on is welcome.. Only negative point so far is the internal seams on the thumbs are quite noticeable, and gets a bit uncomfortable after a while as that part is a bit tight.
Gloves fit me well and despite initial impressions, the seams in the gloves did not cause any problems and they were very comfortable.
Good quality gloves, a little stiff at first but didn't take long to wear them in.
These are comfortable and good fitting gloves. Fasten easily with velcro and a good level of protection around the knuckles. Very happy with these.
I ride in hot weather all over the world. I have been using Klim Dakar pro gloves but the stitching is poor quality and breaks in a few months. The velcro wears out very quickly and for 70 or 80 quid it's a rip off.
I've never bought any Revit gear before and I've read mixed reviews about the sand 5 gloves.
They are much heavier with less venting than the Darkar pros. They look well made. The velcro is much bigger than the Klims.
I find them comfortable but I wouldn't say they are for very hot weather. I can feel the palms have more leather than the klims. Possibly a little to thick for me. The leather is soft and supple. Good sand and black colour. I have quite big hands and initially went for 4xl but they were to big so returned them to SBS and went for 3xl.
Time will tell just how tuff they are. Hopefully they'll last longer than klim dakar pros.

Seam rubbing on one glove, hoping it’ll wear in.
Very well shaped gloves. My thumbs and my little fingers fill the gloves perfectly without any floppy endings, which is much better for using the indicator and the other bike controls. Certainly, the best pair of gloves I've ever had
Good summer glove. Plenty of ventilation in the back and plenty of protection. On a naked bike or a bike with less hand protection the venting could be too much for use other than the summer months. Sizing was also a half size to full size small so you’ll probably want to order a size bigger than your usual size.
After a lot of research I eventually placed my order. Went for Rev'it because Itchy Boots wears these when travelling all over the world in remote locations and needs to rely 100% on excellent quality riding gear for wind, rain and her many bike drops.
These were a great price from Sports bike shop and arrived almost overnight very quickly
