Akrapovic shortfall

I have always had akrapovic pipes on my bikes and never had any faults or complaints , However with this triumph tiger 1200gt ehaust it arrived with the akrapovic badge already peeling up on one corner and the bolt that holds the carbon fibre cover onto the exhaust clap {captive nut } was too short to start the thread , sports bike shop where excelent on the return of this item and a replacement sent . although the bolt on the new one was the same so a reduction on the thickness of one of the heat proof washers was required to enable the bolt to reach the thread .
Also at this price i would have thought akrapovic would included decent security bolts instead of a standard torque bolts .
