You'd be surprised how many riders wear a helmet that's too big for them. Here's how to tell if a lid really fits you...
Fantastic helmet out of box comfort so light and vision is great only downside but noisy on motorway speed
PRO,S :Really happy with this hat. So light, interior nice too the skin, internal sun visor good tint. Road noise not to bad with plugs. Great field of vision with visor. Air vents do the job, very good 120 pinlock.
CONS: Visor can only be removed with Allen key. Quite difficult trying too fit a cardo unit, because of helmet shell shape, success in end as trimmed piece of cradle clip.
Only for these two cons, I'd of gave 5 star. Highly recommend.
The helmet is spot on the visor is more clearer and bigger art so you have got more vision and the quality is spot-on. I will definitely recommend them.
Coming from an Arai X4 ( which was a brilliant helmet) I tried the X5 , which for some reason just didn't feel right.
The Commander 2 seemed to fit me a lot better and has some nice features like the drop down sun visor. Having now ridden in the helmet it is not overly noisy. The pinlock system works perfectly.
My Cardo was easy to fit and because the speakers are not behind fabric and closer to my ears, the sound seems to be better and needs less volume.
The only slight problem I have found is the visor release is a bit fiddly with winter gloves on.
All in all it seems to be a quality helmet at not too bad a price.
The helmet does have spaces for an intercom.
Find it cheaper at any major motorcycle accessory retailer, online or in-store and we‘ll match it.
