Good fit and very effective on the road ..

It was suggested that I should buy a hi-vis gilet prior to a 600 mile trip, which would comprise a mix of rural and urban roads as well as motorway. I’d buy another Rukka tomorrow, it’s so good I don’t even know I’m wearing it. The stretch design prevents it from flapping, it’s simple to zip and un-zip and I like the fact that there’s no additional fastenings, especially when I’m accessing jacket pockets., I ordered my normal size for a comfortable fit and as it will allow air through it will be great in the summer. A well made, sensible purchase.

Very good quality, I'm very impressed with how good this vest is. It's light but very well made. I like how the material feels. It is very comfortable to wear and feel it keeps me safer.

Not cheap for what it is but when compared with the cheap bits of plastic that flap in the wind this is excellent. Excellent materials. Very visible in low and light and at night. As with all of these vests though you have no access to your jacket pockets.

Recently purchased this rukka high vis vest. I have to say it is very high vis great quality has stretchy sides so will fit over your jacket I bought a large which fits over my XL jacket. Again thumbs up to sports bike shop

Thing this isn't cheap, but when you are commuting all year round, in all weathers and on unlit country roads and motorways, a flimsy vest just won't cut it. Plus it doesn't feel right wearing a top of the range Rukka suit and then not having the hivis to match. This one is nicely stretchy so it doesn't flap around, and it has a genius silicon band built into the bottom of it to stop it riding up. Also being 3m scotch light it really does light up and make you stand out, where cheaper reflective materials don't. For me it's worth the price tag, but for some it won't be.
