Oxford Rainseal All Weather Over Jacket - Fluorescent Yellow

I bought this in 2016 for a long trip to the continent as I didn t want to wear a winter jacket all the time. It kept out the wind and the rain then and I am currently on another continental trip where it is doing exactly the same on the few occasions that it is called into service. I confess to having cleaned it a couple of times and re-treated it, but not because it ever leaked. The Velcro is a bit worn and the inside pocket is not 100% reliable but hey

I've had the jacket approximately 18 months, probably worn it half a dozen times. Just about to pack it in its bag for a trip and noticed the collar has come away from the jacket. It's a third of the way around so pretty much useless now. Shame I thought it was a decent bit of kit.

This is a really good jacket, and fantastic for the price. It's very well made and does the job perfectly. It's the right size and fits well over my Oxford Delta jacket (both size S).
The arms are slightly short ..another inch and I would rate the jacket as perfect all round. It's not an issue when wearing gauntlet style gloves as the sleeves are plenty long enough to go into the gloves.

I bought this jacket for a 6.5k miles tour of Europe to wear incase it rained which it did a number of times. Completely waterproof in downpours and hailstone storms but the length of the arms is too short so my wrists got wet and it allowed water to get into my gloves. I'm 6 foot with long arm length and bought size M which fit around my chest and waist perfect on top of my Halvarssons mesh jacket so disappointed the arm length was so short. Possibly would work ok with long gauntlet gloves but I had short mesh gloves for the hot weather. Also size L may possibly have longer length so best to check with SBS before purchasing.

Compact stowable over jacket so you dont get caught out. Excellent fitting over my normal jacket both size 'M' with waist tensioners and draw strings around the bottom hem. The hi-viz is a good touch also giving extra presence in low light.

After reading other reviews I bought this with confidence, it fits exactly as described, buy the same size as your riding gear and it will fit over it no problems. Good quality product, well worth the money.

This waterproof jacket is well made. The material is not too thin yet still very light. All fastenings are of good quality. The fit is generous and perfectly sized. I have an xl motorcycle jacket and so ordered an xl as advised and it fits well as it's oversized. Thoroughly recommended.

Useful bit of kit to have. It's my second time of purchasing, first one lasted around 6000 commuting miles, many of which were in rain and snow. For occasional use or touring trips you could easily get years out of it.

Used on my return home from Scotland, 6 hours, in continuous heavy rain. Jacket was excellent, kept me dry, and easily seen by other road users. Sizing is correct, 2xl fitted perfectly over my textured 2xl jacket.

These water proofs do the job bought size xxl to fit over my race leathers hump , keep you warm and dry also nice bright day glow yellow for those motorist that JUST DONT SEE YA

Was really surprised as to the quality of this jacket considering the price. Ordered 2XL to cover my main jacket. Fully waterproof as stated and ideal for a ruck sack or pannier. If I had to search for one negative it would have to be the neck collar isn't very long.
