For years I've worn super thin Mx gloves by leatt/100%/Klim to name a few but they offer zero protection when the trail turns to tarmac.

Many brands attempts at a higher certified glove highly dexterous glove have been less than Stella with a bulky feel or seams in the wrong place or just weird sizing and finger lengths, everything OCD hates when testing a glove.

Dexterity is brilliant and they don't bunch, a true off road glove that offers LvL1 protection over a normal MX glove.

For me the certificate doesn't matter, it just gives a glove with structured and tested extra durability that I can swap to if I feel the dirt gloves aren't enough without giving up the feel.
If the outcome of a crash is your concern buy a full on road glove.
