Made to sit between a base-layer and outer garment, the ThermaVolt apparel is a thinner, lighter alternative to other heated products. As a mid-layer, the ThermaVolt trousers feature micro carbon fibre heated panels down through the entire leg and seat of the trousers to ensure riders get heat where needed the most. These trousers also feature Merlin's Heat Reflection System, which is a very thin film on the inside of the shell fabric that reflects heat- that would otherwise be lost- back into the user, making the ThermaVolt trousers more efficient.
Plug straight into a 12V bike battery using the supplied connecting cable, or alternatively power up using the high capacity 6,000mAh battery pack (sold separately). Three heat settings are controlled by the Merlin power unit which also displays the battery power level. Additionally, riders can connect the trousers to the ThermaVolt jacket and gloves to have a singe, interconnected mid-layer set via the garment Y connector cables (sold separately).
