The Drifter are really comfy and true to size. I am 6 ft and weigh 87/88 kg and I normally wear Levi's 511 size 32 and the Drifter are fit similar. the armour is level 2 but quite hard, but they level 2.
I have reading with the trousers about 3 hours continuously and Drifter are comfortable.
