Advice & Guides Going Gore-Tex is the best way to avoid wet feet - and these are the best picks for biking…
Customers praise the Sidi Adventure boots for their comfort, durability, and waterproof qualities. Many found them ideal for long rides and versatile across different terrains. The boots offer excellent protection, especially around the ankle, making them great for off-road adventures. While some customers suggest going up a size for a better fit, others appreciate the boots' adjustability and quick break-in time. Customers appreciate the long-lasting quality and style, noting minor issues like stiffness or difficulty in breaking them in, but overall view them positively.
Certainly a quality product and comfortable too. Although I did order one size up from my usual boot size.

Can't fault it as a stylish and comfortable pair of boots, but I haven't worn them at all in nearly a year because they just don't provide anywhere near the same level of protection as a proper pair of MX boots (which you should seriously consider if you're riding a heavy ADV bike, taking it greenlaning or offroading etc). Consider SIDI's Crossfire or CrossAir X (which I use now) instead. Yes they're not as flexible but you're going to be really glad about this when a 200Kg+ ADV bike falls on your lower leg (it happened to me and thanks to proper MX boots I got away with some bruising instead of a broken leg). I've kept them because I'm long past the return window and maybe I'll get a lighter/smaller bike at some point and wear these for touring or heading into town.
So comfortable straight from the box you forget you’re wearing them. Not sure about the look of them, easy to put on and feel very secure.
Size runs true. These boots are great easy to adjust to get the perfect fit. They provide a lot of lateral support.
Well made boots. I like the safety elements of these boots. The are giving me confidence riding again, knowing my legs have extra protection. Easy to walk in. Enough flexibility for shifting gears, once broken in. I am usually a size 10, but ended up with a size 11, as I prefer more room for my toes and extra socks in the winter.
(Please note as a courier I do very high mileage). The feeling of protection you get with these boots is absolutely superb although the squeaking sound they make turns you into a sort of Robo-Cop like character when walking. When I first got them they survived several long distance rides of 4 hours each way in heavy rain and I arrived home with genuinely dry feet.. as dry as if I had worn wellington boots; I was so pleased! But after 2 years they now leak, & in a couple of hours of rain I get a completely wet right hand foot, while my left foot gets wet but not as bad as the right. I tried spraying them with waterproof spray it didn't work. The problem therefore is that the boots themselves from an armour/soles perspective are NOT worn out at all, but no longer waterproof, meaning replacement costs for a boot which in all other respects other than waterproofing is perfectly fine. So I gave a 5 star rating for when they are new, but you need to replace them to keep the waterproofing. If you do low mileage these should be fine for a long time.
A really comfy boot with fantastic protection. Delivery was when sportsbikeshop said it would be. I will definitely use you again.
Usual Siri quality. Fully waterproof and very comfortable. Heavier than I thought but they are adventure boots.
Nice chunky soles, likely to last longer on off-road foot pegs.
Good price and the usual fast delivery.
The sizing is accurate and same to previous boots, some 8 years ago when I bought my last pair. Built to last
After my RST Adventure boots started letting water in, I decided to switch to the Sidi Adventure 2 Gore-Tex boots, and so far I’m really impressed. Comfort was noticeable straight away — they feel great on and didn’t require any painful break-in period.
The Gore-Tex lining has been solid with no water ingress at all, which was exactly what I was looking for after my previous experience. They strike a really good balance in terms of protection too: not as restrictive or bulky as full MX boots, but definitely more supportive and protective than most standard adventure boots.
Overall, they feel well-built, confidence-inspiring, and comfortable enough for long rides and walking around off the bike. Early days, but so far I’ve had zero issues and I’m very happy with the upgrade.
Having never owned a single pair of dedicated motorcycle boots I opted for these after a near miss on slippery ironwork on a wet road. Was a bit sceptical with spending the money at first.
On arrival they felt immediately comfortable and supportive, but give me the freedom I need to walk around on a trail or in a cafe as if they're just regular boots.
I've been through floods in them and my feet have been kept toasty and dry, and they give me a lot more confidence that my ankles and shins are protected if I do happen to take a spill.
As always a fantastic service from SBS
I was after some boots that would keep my feet nice and dry in the winter months as well as giving me protection.
I can honestly say that these boots have lived up to their reputation. My feet are warm , dry and protected and ..they are extremely comfortable even after a couple of goes out. Highly recommend these if you re looking for a stylish boot that keeps your feet dry, warm and protected.
Dont feel too heavy, and feel comfortable. No squeaks!!
I commute all year (16k miles a year) and through all weathers. These have kept me dry through bad storms. My only complaint would be that they can feel a little cold when the weather isnt very warm but the up side is that they dont feel too hot in the heat. Would buy again if needed
Really comfy boots, excellent build quality fit perfectly exact sizing worn a couple of times wouldn’t know you got them on your feet. Really supple. Great sole grip as it was a tad frosty on Boxing Day and I never missed a step while walking around after a ride. Warm as you want but main thing is they are comfy 5*
With great customer service from Sportsbikeshop, and much back and forth by myself, I did need to go up a size to get the right fit. Have been wearing over the last couple of weeks on some pretty cold days out and my feet have been perfectly warm and dry. Lots of adjustability in the boot.
Very comfortable, I went up half a size and it worked out perfect, only took a couple of trips to bed in.
Good looking very supportive boot, took a few rides to bed in but now very comfortable, they do have the sidi squeek but its not bad, have kept my feet warm and dry through some nasty weather, a bit warm in spain this summer but very happy with them
Tried on so many Adventure style boots both cheaper and more expensive and went for the Sidi’s as once I got the correct size they were by far the most comfortable and have always kept me warm and dry, now on my second pair and in fairness when I did have an issue with my 1st pair their warranty service was 2nd to none.
Having worn the original incarnation of Sidi’s Adventure Gore-Tex boots for 12,000 miles including a 2016 trip to Ala...
