Customer Reviews for Sidi Aria Gore-Tex Boots - Black
Got these for Christmas and wore on the bike for the first time yesterday. Comfy on and off the bike, yet to be tested in heavy rain. Hopefully they will remain waterproof as long as my last pair of Goretex boots (6 years)Read more

Comfortable for riding and walking
This model is my third Moto shoes after short hard summer and heavy duty moto-cross full length boots. At last I found ideal everyday shoes. With the former (dainese) I got exactly my footsize and during the stops my toes keep beating shoe caps until it pains. And hard sides make my lateral malenous itching while walking. In moto-cross boots you feel RoboCop and they are not good for walking at all. I got one size plus for this Sidi model and enjoy it every-time and everywhere. Make sure to have warm socks for 5C and below rides.Read more
Sidi Aria Boots
Very light & comfortable. Not worn much but am about to go to Austria this week so time will tell. Ordered correct size for my feet & they fit perfect. They are a little narrow so be aware if you have feet like a Hobbit!Read more

Great fit, very sturdy boots!
I tried 5 different pairs of boots from Sportsbikeshop (as always excellent delivery and return so it's easy to try on at home). Initially I was after a fairly plain leather waterproof pair of boots. Nothing too Robocop! I tried the Alpine Stars Web, RST Tundra, Dainese night hawk and Spidi touring boots. Of all, these had the most secure and best fit out of the box. And they're super stiff but in a good way. Your foot slides easily and securely into the boot and is help nicely at the heel. It has a really good side zip and small velcro flap to secure it. The other boots mostly had a full velcro section which was more fiddly. And the zips weren't as secure. They took a few rides and walks to wearnin. Still stiff but very comfy, secure and with no pinch points or rubbing. They stayed fully dry in heavy rain (tested on a few long rides). They are very breathable. In the summer these will be lovely and cool. I did find my feet felt almost cold in 4 degree weather. But never uncomfortst. And thicker socks would help. Overall these look great, are built well and have loads of support. I'd recommend trying these if you're after some waterproof boots!Read more
Great boots, Great design and comfort. Not long had these and they haven't seen rain yet but all's good so far. The comfort is probably the best I've used. The design has had a lot of thought in it and as you would expect from Sidi it all works well. Light weight enough to plod about in comfort and no squeaks! Overall a solid 8 out of 10 only because they haven't got wet yet.Read more
Great looking boot and very well made as you would expect for a Sidi product. I couldn't quite get the correct fitting so I was very disappointed to return them. The boot is very narrow so if you have a wide foot it could be a problem.Read more
Took a few days to wear in but the very comfortable. Good to walk about in and fit very well. Got caught in a heavy shower and kept my feet dry. Would recommend to anybody.Read more

Names like Giacomo Agostini, Joel Robert and Steve Baker, from a golden era of bikesport, have won domestic and world titles, all wearing Sidi boots. Couple past success with the current leading riders, heroes like Bradley Smith, Alvaro Bautista and Tony Cairoli, who all benefit from Sidi's class-leading bike boot technology, and you have a company which has a racing heritage second to none - and it's still a family-run business! As the family say themselves, Sidi is..."A brand proud of decades-long history, we have added a passion for style that only two-wheel riders have". This understanding of both the bike market, and the needs of today's motorcyclist is highly apparent in every single pair of Sidi motorcycle boots in production today.See all Sidi products…
Questions and Answers
1) would these be suitable for daily use commuting in cold wet weather in Scotland? 2) If needed thicker socks should I go half a size bigger than my normal shoe size.July 24, 2019
Hi, Thank you for your query. Previous customer feedback would suggest that thick socks would be needed in colder weather. We would recommend you try your normal size first. We do have a free returns service for all our UK mainland based customers should you need to exchange for a different size.
