Shad SH58X Top Case - Carbon - 58 Litre

I was looking for a top box that would take 2 x Evoline helmets with intercom attached. Tried OBKN58 but positioning was awkward and it looks like a shed. The SH58 in mid position fitted helmets (XL+L) perfectly and still has more expansion available if needed. 2 clips to change size so very easy to move up or down. Base plate included so another bonus, quality as good as my previous givi V56.

Fantastic bit of kit as always from SBS - low profile or extended for extra bits & pieces. Just what I wanted & much more versatile than other top boxes & at a great price. Really easy fitment as went straight on top of the existing rack & quality construction. Have shown all my biker friends - Highly Recommened

This top box looks so good on the back of my Can Am...it holds 2 helmets, looks great, and is very well made and easy to fit.
Lots of space with easy access to remove on arrival to take with you.

I ordered the Shad 58X, arrived on time. However had a problem with the locking mechanism. Took it to MK SBS, they ordered another one for me. It arrived the next day, works fine. Looks great, expansion features are just the job, just what I wanted, well pleased. Thanks SBS.

Seems to be a very well made. Adjusting the size is easy after a little of practice.

The Top Box looks very good on my BMW F900XR. Adjusts in size easily. The textured finish blends in well with modern bike finish. Easy to open/close and fit/remove from the rack/bike. Easily holds 2 full face helmets, Mounting plate is strong and rigid, it is suitable for carrying other items if not using the Topbox.

Hi, a really nicely styled well made topbox it's really 3 boxes in 1 as you can adjust the size by opening 2 catches inside the box. The mounting plate comes with it with plenty of holes to attach to your existing bracket on your bike, if you have one. With a 58l capacity there's more than enough room for 2 full face helmets. Very happy with my purchase and as usual the service from Sportsbikeshop.

On searching for a larger top box, I came across the Shad58x, on deciding to purchase it I was unsure of the quality at the price. On receiving the box and checking it over I could not fault the build quality and with the three-stage adjustment it gave me adequate flexible storage space. I wanted a larger box for when travelling the globe but also a smaller one for my local journeys, this fitted my requirements to a "T" without having to keep changing the box.

First Shad box I have had but wow! looks great and not too high when riding, when opened and extended it gives a load of storage space. Very happy with it.

The Shad Box is very well built and the system for enlarging the box is simple to operate the Aerodynamic look to the box is beautiful and the box can store such a lot of gear especially to full faced lids and bike gear if it p*ss it down you wouldn't get caught out with this box it's waterproof steel keeps the wet shite out .
A brilliant functional designed box for our bikes better still iOS better than a BMW Top Box and cheaper and better made.

Had lots of Shad product previously as well as Givi and Hepco & Becker. This is exactly what we need to be able to change into shorts and sandals at each destination leaving jackets and boots locked in this case. (Our helmets fit into the O.E. BMW side cases (also made by Shad). Top service from SBS as always.

This top box is brilliantly versatile and is the best one I have had and in my opinion beats the BMW, BUMOT and Givi I have had. Tried a smaller one and two full face helmets had to be packed like doing a puzzle from the Cripton Factor! This one does exactly what it states and on the large setting takes two adventure helmets with room to spare. It is brilliant the way it has been designed. The Special plate I put on my XR was easy to fit and I think is a bargain price compared to other companies. Solid construction, easy to use and price I think it's a no brainier if you use a top box, or want one for touring. Sportsbikeshop were great as usual.

The Shad box is really good, excellent quality and is adjustable to suit your luggage amount. The 58 Ltrs is enough for 2 full size helmets or a decent amount of clothes etc.. But also can be adjusted to small sizes when this is not needed.
