Quality luggage - very smart and well engineered. Comes with appropriate mounting plate and a huge selection of fittings for every situation. Takes a full face helmet plus a little more. Lock is adequate and can't be changed to match panniers which is my only gripe.

Really pleased with the quality of the top case, and fits nicely on my Bandit 650. Enough to keep one helmet and a small back pack. Can be removed easily from its base and stored away. Would buy again.

I have had givi top cases before and wanted to try the shad this time, I also bought the shad top box rail kit and both fit perfectly and very easy, quality on both items is very good and sportsbikeshop are brilliant, next up is the shad 3p system and panniers

Box quality is fine, mounting plate is easy to fit and secure on the bike. However the opening mechanism could be improved. There's a lot of play in the catch and it can be a bit of a fiddle to operate.

Great alternative to the more pricey brands

I needed a top box for work, there is only so much a rucksack & my shoulders can take. I looked about and was amazed how expensive they were. Then which fitting kit etc. Looking online and saw Shad luggage getting excellent ratings and took the plunge. Really glad I did, the quality is excellent. Hard case with a great and very easy open/ lock/ release mechanism. It comes with the plate to fit to the relevant fixing kit ( which I got from the shad website. ) fitting of both is straightforward, but the instructions could be clearer. It also has the advantage of the ability to colour code it with packs to fit on top. Mine came with the carbon effect one and looks really smart. 2 keys supplied and all fixings are good quality. I can fit the rucksack in it now and one helmet and a few bits and bobs, which is more than plenty. With the fixing kit & top box it came to around £200, which compared to other brands is a no brained. One very happy customer..

The SH39 represents a top case generation that evolves and advances to offer products that feature technical improvements with a great attention to aesthetic details, with rounded shapes and reflectors integrated in the top case's shape. The SH39 was created with great attention to technical details and a modern style. It is made with the highest quality materials to achieve higher resistance and exclusivity. It has the perfect size both to move around the city or for longer trips and can be mounted both on scooters and on medium-displacement bikes. The highlights of the SH39 are its lightness and its optimised volume. It is the lightest case of its category, as both the base and the cover are designed with the minimum thickness but with the same resistance to shocks and scratches, thus being lighter than another case with the same volume. The optimised internal space allows it to make the most of the space and so it has a real 39-litre capacity. Its design was specially studied to offer a compact top case with a high capacity. Like the rest of the Shad cases, it includes a plate and a screw kit. As an accessory, it offers a light kit that can be adapted to the internal side of the plate, which makes it easy and fast to install. It can also include a backrest, that ensures ergonomy and comfort for the passenger, and colour covers.
